Skintice does not accept cancellation requests once orders have been placed. This is because of the fabrication procedure of skins,
which are personalized for every customer as per their choice of design and device model.
You can return a product in the following two scenarios:
- The product is in damaged or defective condition.
- Mismatched product delivered, in terms of design, descriptions, color or material.

No refunds are applicable for returns. Skintice will offer you credits in such case, which can be redeemed on your next purchase.
